Borsa Italiana S.p.A. is responsible for the organisation and management of the Italian stock exchange. The Company, founded in 1997 following the privatisation of the exchange, has been operational since January 2nd, 1998. Job Purpose and Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of launching a new index that will be used as the basis of an ETF – this includes working with Research, Operations, Distribution, Marketing, PR and other departments within FTSE Russell as needed to ensure that the launch of the index goes smoothly, client expectations are properly set and the needs of the client are achieved
- Addressing ETF provider issues with client services and escalating issues as appropriate to the ETF business development directors and other departments as appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Finance or related areas
- Demonstrable experience in the financial services industry
- Index client service experience a plus
- Attention to detail and processes
- Team player that works well in a collaborative matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
