Job Purpose:
- Are you an experienced investment writer or marketing specialist? Are you passionate and knowledgeable about passive and ETF investments? You’ll be working in the ETF marketing team.
- We are a very small and dynamic team that enjoys working together and with various internal and external contributors to provide relevant content for passive & ETF investors
Your Responsibilities:
- write and proofread materials to ensure consistent and timely investment information and messaging to our key audiences including clients and the media. This may include regular monthly and quarterly pieces, ad hoc research, information about our investment products/capabilities, and may be either reactive or proactive in nature (asset allocation views, event reaction)
- align with internal stakeholders to produce thematic pieces by leveraging in-house expertise with a focus on passive and ETF investing
- run periodical updates and ensure consistency and quality in content throughout marketing material
- support with country version materials and quarterly campaign productions
- manage ad-hoc requests and stay cool
Skills and Qualifications:
- ideally 3-5 years of experience as investment writer or marketing specialist in the financial industry
- English writing skills at native, or near native level. German language skills are or advantage
- knowledge of passive products such as investment funds and ETFs
- highest level of attention to detail and organization skills
- an understanding of the different writing formats (media release, newsletters, product information, teaser texts)
- an excellent writer able to communicate in a logical, clear and concise manner
- proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- research focused and interested in passive & ETF analysis
- able to prioritize and deliver within tight deadlines, without compromising quality
- able to work autonomously
- pro-active in nature.
