What are the ongoing responsibilities of the ETF Client Experience Marketing Manager?
- Partner in the development and execution of the overall ETF promotion strategy to support the business and sales goals and priorities.
- Project Management and execution of key priorities which includes; firm specific content, email strategy, promotion and distribution of deliverables that align with both Alternative Investment Sales team strategy and the US Client Experience marketing strategy.
- Own aggregating and reporting marketing results for ETF Marketing initiatives.
- Ability to run effective meetings with key sales partners, National Account managers and internal/external marketing partners.
- Create and promote video content for high priority ETFs
- Build and maintain quarterly email calendar in partnership with CX lead team; primary goal of ETF awareness, secondary goal to support priority tickers and adhoc events
- Lead deliverables related to sponsorships, exchange partnerships, and advertising opportunities
- Lead social media efforts, tailoring approaches for various audiences/mediums
- Monitor and summarize competitor promotions, with a focus on client/firm-centric approaches
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in marketing/management.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing with at least 3 years of a proven track record of driving promotional efforts in financial services marketing
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet deliverable dates, prioritize, and organize independently.
- Functional knowledge of investment landscape with the ability to apply those concepts to the development of compelling product stories, content, and materials
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry rules, guidelines, and standards
- Able to multi-task and effectively balance multiple projects
- Series 7 and 63 licenses a plus
