Principal Responsibilities
- Implement business plan and drive the ETF business for supporting a sustainable growth of ETF business including AUM, revenue and market share
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and partner with cross-functional unit including product team, investment team and distribution to identify new business and growth opportunities for timely fulfilling market demand
- Establish partnership with various stakeholders in the ETF industry, including index providers, regulatory bodies, fund consultants and industry associations to facilitate a sustainable business growth
- Oversee and be responsible for the ETF business performance and serve as a subject matter expert to strengthen the ETF franchise and leadership
- Conduct research on the global ETF trends and make ETF business proposals to senior management for steering the long term business strategy
Requirements
- University degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the asset management with hand-on experience in ETF
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver the expected outcome in expected schedule
- Excellent analytical, project management and interpersonal skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs
- Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
