Job Purpose:
- The primary focus of the role will be to work with current London based team, who are part of a three desk global team managing all non-Fixed Income order flow
- Functions will include supporting the fund managers in this region in their roles, and executing Equities, Equity index futures, ETF’s & flow related FX.
Your Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of all orders in EMEA region to achieve best execution
- Efficient passing and receiving of orders to and from the other regional dealing desks
- Support other dealing teams as necessary during busy periods
- Ensure prompt and smooth processing of all flow and undertake efficient query resolution
- Liaise with the support and settlement teams when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of global Asset Management and large asset owners
- Knowledge of structure and processes in Equity markets, Equity Index Futures, and ETF’s
- Experience of trading FX
- Strong MS–Excel ability
- Good verbal communication skills, ability to work as a team, desire to improve current process
- Experience with OMS’s essential and use of Aladdin, FxAll, FX Connect & Triton beneficial.
