Job Purpose:
- The IFD /XSL team is in charge of developing all the Fixed Income opportunities (IR , FX and MM) on the back of SGCIB Structured Financings on a world-wide basis
- Scope of origination: All GLFI business Lines based in London and Italy and Germany in accordance with the dedicated wall crossing procedure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support team with pitches preparation
- Provide team with deal economic metrics
- Participate with financing business lines to identify risk management opportunities
- Manage small hedging transactions with corporate and private equity sponsors
- Support team on KYC requests
- Provide execution of simple hedging transactions
- Do first level review of hedging legal documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with a minimum of six, of the listed responsibilities.
