Job Purpose:
- In this role, you will manage the department’s daily administrative duties and provide support to the Strategic Accounts and ETF team in all aspects of the sales process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the wholesaler calendar and scheduling regular client meetings nationally
- Coordinating all aspects of territory events (branch meetings, appreciation and product manager presentations) with other regions
- Preparing correspondence, marketing materials, special mailings, client reports and managing continuing education credits for clients
- Ensuring all marketing materials and promotional items are available and ready for regional presentations, sessions and meetings
- Gathering, consolidating and coordinating the collection of all documents, reports and marketing materials required for regional client meetings, sessions and presentations
- Building and maintaining an Analyst database
- Sorting and prioritizing incoming emails and responding to both internal and client inquiries/requests
- Facilitating weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda
- Booking all travel (air, hotel and transportation) for the sales teams
- Coordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly report requests from Analysts
- Processing expenses and overseeing budget expenses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree
- Financial, mutual funds or ETF industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly (ie: CRM system, Concur and Salesforce, MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Willingness to pursue other certifications (ie: CSC, IFIC).
