Job Purpose: 

  • In this role, you will manage the department’s daily administrative duties and provide support to the Strategic Accounts and ETF team in all aspects of the sales process.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the wholesaler calendar and scheduling regular client meetings nationally
  • Coordinating all aspects of territory events (branch meetings, appreciation and product manager presentations) with other regions
  • Preparing correspondence, marketing materials, special mailings, client reports and managing continuing education credits for clients
  • Ensuring all marketing materials and promotional items are available and ready for regional presentations, sessions and meetings
  • Gathering, consolidating and coordinating the collection of all documents, reports and marketing materials required for regional client meetings, sessions and presentations
  • Building and maintaining an Analyst database
  • Sorting and prioritizing incoming emails and responding to both internal and client inquiries/requests
  • Facilitating weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda
  • Booking all travel (air, hotel and transportation) for the sales teams
  • Coordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly report requests from Analysts
  • Processing expenses and overseeing budget expenses.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • An undergraduate degree
  • Financial, mutual funds or ETF industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Advanced computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly (ie: CRM system, Concur and Salesforce, MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Willingness to pursue other certifications (ie: CSC, IFIC).
