Senior Client Service Rep – ETF

As Senior Client Service Representative you will serve as a primary contact for Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) clients and internal operational teams.  The Senior Client Service Representative provides timely and accurate resolution of internal and client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met.  You will focus on Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned ETF client relationships.  You will be responsible for guiding Client Service Representatives and provide training for newly hired, less experienced staff.

Qualifications:

  • Strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 plus years of industry experience.
  • ETF experience preferred but not required.
