Job Purpose:
- As a member of the Client Service Team, you will help clients improve performance in all aspects
- You will serve as a conduit between your team and your clients to ensure we meet their differentiated needs and exceed their expectations
- The high level of external and internal interaction will enable you to continuously challenge yourself, sharpen your critical thinking skills and play a critical role in the growth of the firm.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the client relationship; try to anticipate their needs and look for ways to improve client experience
- Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues
- Contributing to ongoing development of ETF Order Entry system
- Building relationships internally and contributing to the development of ETF Product within BBH Supporting New Business initiatives
- Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH and industry products and services
- Work closely with internal clients in Operations to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries
- Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries
- Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience
- 1 to 2 years of TA , fund accounting ,custody or securities processing or other industry experience
- Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
- Proactive self starter who is detail and goal oriented
- Competent Excel ability.
