Job Purpose:

  • As a member of the Client Service Team, you will help clients improve performance in all aspects
  • You will serve as a conduit between your team and your clients to ensure we meet their differentiated needs and exceed their expectations
  • The high level of external and internal interaction will enable you to continuously challenge yourself, sharpen your critical thinking skills and play a critical role in the growth of the firm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the client relationship; try to anticipate their needs and look for ways to improve client experience
  • Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues
  • Contributing to ongoing development of ETF Order Entry system
  • Building relationships internally and contributing to the development of ETF Product within BBH Supporting New Business initiatives
  • Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH and industry products and services
  • Work closely with internal clients in Operations to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries
  • Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
  • BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 2 years of TA , fund accounting ,custody or securities processing or other industry experience
  • Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
  • Proactive self starter who is detail and goal oriented
  • Competent Excel ability.
