Your role 

We’re searching for our next Client Relationship Manager (Sales Support) in our Frankfurt office. You will be involved in providing general sales support and client relationship support.

You will be responsible for:  

  • General Sales Support: To support all distribution and sales related activities (including client pitches and RFPs) to deliver every day the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle. Support local Sales to maintain sales budget records.
  • Build and Strengthen Invesco’s Key Client Relationships: To support, develop and maintain individual relations with client organisations across the sales region.
  • Sales Proactivity: Meet expectations around pre-determined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist with achieving sales targets through the development and maintenance of close relations with clients.
  • Systems and Record Keeping: To be fully proficient in key systems (Salesforce and Chronicle as examples) for the purposes of client information accuracy, client communication and compliance.
  • Fund, Market and Industry Knowledge: To be point of contact for clients in relation to Product related questions. To keep fully updated with regard to Invesco’s funds, market views and industry related topics.
  • Campaigns & events Management: To support, assist and/or manage marketing and client campaigns & events (internal and external) within sales regions.
  • Client Servicing: To oversee/manage the servicing of enquiries and problems for clients by collaborating closely with other departments and delegating responsibility for resolving the issues to the SMEs of the business.
  • Client retention & concentration: Working closely with local sales, to coordinate and oversight client retention plan, to oversight client concentration into products.

Sounds interesting?

You will need previous experience in a financial sector sales environment and/or handling client relationship. You have a good knowledge and the ability to understand financial markets and investment products. You have sound IT skills (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as Client Relationship Management systems) and are open to learning new technologies. You have strong numeracy and written skills (English and German), this includes sound communication and influencing skills with a willingness to develop these, to maximise sales opportunities. You’ll need to have some periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel. You are self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with good time management and organisational skills. You can work independently and within a team environment to build and maintain strong working relationships through coaching and Mentoring.

As it is a regulated role, it is required to have or be willing to undertake an industry qualification with at least 15 hours per year.
