Your Responsibilities:

  • Creates marketing strategyprograms and content for the US private wealth business, in consultation with senior leaders within the department
  • Drives messaging and works collaboratively across marketing teams to develop necessary content and promotions in accordance with the client marketing plan
  • Directs specific projects as assigned by leadership to deliver on goals jointly agreed upon with partners to drive the private wealth business forward
  • Leads the process for objective and goal setting and ongoing measurement
  • Creates and/or coordinates the creation of client-specific content
  • Leads the process for objective and goal setting, tracking progress, reporting metrics
  • Liaise with key internal partners to obtain in-depth expertise of client needs, business insight and market trends to create effective marketing programs
  • Monitor fund, industry and market activities
  • Remain current with FINRA compliance rules.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in economics, business or marketing. MBA a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in investment product marketing/communication role
  • Experience in financial services marketing, specifically to the RIA market preferred
  • Series 6 License or ability to obtain, Series 7 a plus
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, ETFs and the financial services industry
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to write compelling marketing content
  • Knowledge and experience with print and digital marketing
  • Self-starter who can work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry rules, guidelines, and standards strongly desired (SEC, FINRA, GIPSÒ)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Likes a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects at one time
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multi-channel teams (e.g. sales/marketing, client service, management, legal, performance, and graphics)
  • A true team player, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally
  • Self-starter who can work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Maintain updated knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned area
  • Effective interpersonal skills, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage projects that involve team members from other departments.
