Job Purpose:

  • The role of the EMEA operations lead is to contribute to the strategic direction of the EMEA business, work to bring the product live in partnership with ETF Product Development as well as work with prospects and clients on new services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing operational build out of EMEA ETF servicing
  • Provide strategic leadership to define and document the EMEA strategy and execute the plan
  • Manage ongoing business activity for the EMEA region.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing product capabilities and designing innovative solutions to new opportunities to build a scalable, efficient market leading service offering in EMEA
  • Work closely with Product development and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
  • Managing and developing relationships with Authorized Participants
  • Developing a competitor analysis plan
  • Understand the latest ETF Industry trends to inform and drive growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ETF Servicing experience essential
  • Third level qualification
  • Strong independent contributor who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments
  • Vocal in challenging business as usual operating models and recommending innovative product improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to devise creative solutions in response to client requests and strategic product goals
  • Ability to map proposed product solutions against a diverse and complex technology and operations platform
  • A strong team player and an ability to work in teams distributed across the globe, ability to influence across multi teams
  • Current and practical knowledge of the Funds Services business specifically on Exchange Traded Funds
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors
  • Ability to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed operations organizational model.
