Job Purpose:
- The Delta One Sales team is responsible for marketing and distribution of a wide range of delta one products as well as the execution of flow delta one products
- We sit within the derivatives franchise and work closely with all client types most frequently with hedge funds and asset managers.
Your Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for the execution of the equity flow swaps on index and customs baskets routed through the centralised execution function
- Development of the EMEA delta one execution platform across flow and non-flow products
- Management of the ETF execution platform (from the sales side)
- Expansion of execution MIS
- Contribution to efforts to harmonize the global execution process
- Delivering a range of analytics and thematic content to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- The role requires an ability to manage competing time sensitive demands
- The role involves a willingness to take responsibility and lead, beyond simply the individual executions but additionally for the development of the execution platform in flow d1
- The role requires an ability to implement effective risk control frameworks
- The role requires the candidate to understand complex processes, identify process improvements and to work with product development teams on improvements
- A core requirement for everyone working in delta one sales is reliability and team-player personality
- Execution experience is required
- Pre-existing knowledge of, or execution of, delta one products is not a requirement.
