Job Purpose (Job Summary):


The Campaign Associate – ETFs is a strategic marketer drives the execution of, measurable marketing campaigns promoting all critical dimensions of Invesco’s ETF business – from specific products to broad capabilities and ETF brand level initiatives. The campaign associate will deliver breakthrough approaches that influence and engage clients and prospects along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital, social, paid, earned and owned channels. With the investment landscape evolving dramatically and quickly, this is a critical position within Product & ETF Marketing. The team is an important function within Insights, Analytics and Marketing responsible for enhancing revenue by delivering an industry leading product experience across channels and touchpoints. Based on knowledge of both B2B and B2C engagements and demonstrated ability to grow this knowledge, with heavy emphasis on digital channels, the Campaign Associate – ETFs will create innovative programs that will put the client at the center of everything they do, simplifying complex concepts and demonstrating their differentiated value in delivering a superior investment experience. They must combine product and industry knowledge and also understand how best to influence advisor and consumer decision-making through face-to-face and digital engagements. The team will continually measure, evaluate and evolve campaigns to maximize their impact, cost effectiveness and alignment with both strategic and tactical opportunities.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Help drive the marketing strategy and execution of ETF campaigns with a focus on both increasing Invesco’s reputation as a leading Independent Asset Manager and improving adoption of our products.
  • Innovate the way we bring strategic concepts and product suites to market, utilizing appropriate marketing touchpoints (all digital, print, social, paid, earned and owned channels) and partnering to develop compelling campaign messaging.
  • Ensure campaign design and messaging is aligned, communicated and appropriately prioritized across media, content, digital and all other impacted touchpoints.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and consensus builder across Marketing, Sales and the ETF product teams as, together, we define consistent priorities and deliver highly coordinated Distribution plans and selling systems.
  • Must exude the passion for storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and help drive the generation of engaging content from direct product promotion to insightful thought leadership as a critical part of campaign design.
  • Must possess key agile elements—focus on customer centricity, cross-functional collaboration, increase speed to market and continuous testing/learning
  • Ensure campaigns design is optimized by detailed analysis of all available campaign-specific metrics and business results and continued evolution of tactics, content and campaign platforms.
  • Manage components for multiple campaigns across all touchpoints and across internal teams and external agencies with a high degree of organization, planning and coordination
  • Exude the passion for creating, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence outcomes and align roles and responsibilities

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • 2+ years preferred of proven track record creating innovative marketing campaigns/programs that has demonstrated business results and use data and insights to improve client engagement metrics, website and social media traffic, and key search engine keyword rankings
  • Budget management experience including tracking and maintaining large budgets, and supporting cross functional team spending
  • Experience collaborating within a transforming marketing organization, as well as with sales, product, corporate communications and compliance to traffic multiple campaign components with a high degree of proficiency and quality control
  • Ability to motivate, energize and drive results in an agile methodology environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of ETFs and markets and the demonstrated ability to expand that understanding
  • Work seamlessly with team members in different locations and across teams

Formal Education(minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
