Job Description:

We are searching for a detail-oriented, multi-tasking business development & accounts director to help drive new business and manage existing client projects and relationships.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Working East Coast hours (approx. 9am- 6pm ET)
  • Business Development:
    • Pitch new business
    • Build strong relationships with existing clients to maintain business and to acquire new customers
    • Attend conferences and client meetings (all travel related expenses will be covered)
    • Reply to RFPs, draft and send proposals and samples.
    • Client onboarding (client contracts, scope of work)
    • Client renewals and upselling services
    • Manage new and existing partner relationships within our industry
  • Accounts Management:
    • Act as the client’s representative in the company to facilitate the best customer service for each client.
    • Collaborate with the internal project manager to ensure all departments meet the client’s requirements for each project.
    • Kick off calls with new clients
    • Keep track of all processes pertaining to every client account
    • Keep track of budgets and client spend
    • Develop and maintain project timelines + milestones
    • Daily client communications (mostly via email, maintenance calls as needed)
    • Client emails at milestones
    • Client status calls at milestones (+ debriefs)
    • Daily status calls with internal project manager

Requirements: 

  • Financial services industry experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management environment
  • Superb organizational skills are a must
  • Excellent written and verbal skills is a MUST
  • Excellent customer service skills (must be a people person!)
  • Ability to work with employees in different time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
