Your Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing existing processes and managing a variety of different projects
  • Being the key contact for our clients
  • Actively contributing to an improved customer experience
  • Performing the rule-based adjustments of indices
  • Analyzing corporate actions and their effects on index calculation
  • Testing new features of our calculation engine in cooperation with our IT department
  • Dealing with index-specific customer inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Computer Science or comparable program
  • At least 7-10  years of work experience in the fixed income business
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Very good knowledge of financial instruments (ETFs, derivates and structured products)
  • Practical experience with data vendor terminals (FactSet and/or Reuters)
  • Programming skills (e.g. VBA and/or Python) would be a plus
  • High client orientation
  • Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and precisely
  • Paying attention to details and ability to work reliably and accurately.
