Job Purpose: 

  • In this role, you will work closely with an established Sales Director to increase sales of our exchange traded funds (“ETFs”).

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Directors to initiate and maintain a sales pipeline of Prospects via proprietary databases, mass media and referrals
  • Proactively contact key individuals via phone calls and targeted emails
  • Deliver value added commentary, research, data, and due diligence material to Advisors throughout the sales cycle
  • Promote sharing and exchange of industry knowledge and trends across the sales team and greater organization
  • Travel within the territory quarterly and attend industry conferences when appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • BS/BA required, business related degree preferred
  • Additional advanced degrees or certifications a plus
  • Current Series 7 and 63 preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience with a financial services company specializing in ETFs, mutual funds, or separate accounts or direct relationship based selling experience
  • Proven understanding of the asset management industry
  • Ability to develop relationships with sophisticated Plan Sponsors, Portfolio Managers and Research Teams
  • Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast paced team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with web-based CRM, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Strong character references and a clean compliance record.
