Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the settlement of Primary and Secondary Market ETF order and trading activity
- Building relationships with J.P. Morgan’s ETF Clients and Internal Service Partners
- Research client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities
- Work through settlement discrepancies with brokers in the US and across the world
- Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics
- Manage incoming/outgoing collateral on ETF orders
- Perform failed trade reporting and resolutions as necessary
- Management of incoming cash components of ETF orders
- Support new business initiatives for the department
Qualifications

- Experience:
- 1-4 years previous experience in Financial Services Industry
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Education:
- Bachelors’ Degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field
