Job Purpose:

  • The Fund Marketing Associate will work directly for the Americas Funds Chief Marketing Officer to drive and support key initiatives within the marketing organization
  • This individual will help drive broader initiatives targeted at Financial Advisors and third party intermediaries and will partner with members of the team across the broader marketing organization to deliver and move projects forward related to digital, brand, product, insights and distribution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a broad range of functions and channels
  • Participate in planning to create aggressive, measurable campaigns that align with business and segment priorities
  • Review and aggregate channel KPIs to ensure consistency and visibility across the team and assist with testing, measurements, analytics, reporting and optimization
  • Identify best practices and procedures for communications and executing marketing plans
  • Ensure alignment with centralized marketing teams including brand, digital, product and insights and drive cross-channel initiatives into distribution teams
  • Evaluate current processes and seek ways to improve and create efficiency
  • Build relationships with partners across the sales and marketing organization
  • Oversee and evolve the management team governance structure
  • Assist in the annual planning process; manage initiative requests and overall budget tracking.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Marketing expertise—ability to deliver marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources
  • Project management—excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills and the ability to manage project teams to a timeline while accurately managing large volumes of information
  • Communication ability—outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to multi task—the ability to pivot constantly and efficiently from one initiative to another in a fast-paced environment
  • An effective team player with a strong executive presence; able to work with people of all levels
  • The ability to develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes across a matrix within and beyond Marketing
  • Risk and control – the ability to identify potential risks and apply appropriate controls to mitigate them
  • Proficiencies—solid competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Education—bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a marketing related discipline
  • Experience—two to four years marketing experience in related industry or general experience in financial services preferable.
