Responsibilities
- ETF specialist with experience in product development, capital markets and distribution
- Unique opportunity to work across three major ETF disciplines
- Drive ETF product launches and product conversions
- Create liquidity ecosystem for ETF offering in close cooperation with European team
- Work alongside existing distribution teams to identify ETF demand and actively highlight product ideas to end investors
- Create dedicated plans in partnership with local teams to capture ETF assets
- Partner closely with internal groups: product development, product strategy, capital markets, marketing, strategy and portfolio management to deliver ETF solutions
- Represent GSAM ETFs at industry events
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the fund management industry
- ETF product development or capital markets or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of launching ETFs, raising assets or managing broker relationships
- Strong technical and commercial skills and experience in working with a European team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to present one-on-one and in large group settings
- Fluent Dutch speaker
