Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial markets roles required.
• Product development and structuring experience preferred along with a working knowledge of trading and capital markets.
• ETF experience helpful though not required.
• Strong technical/analytical skills and a deep interest in investments and/or behavioral finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required – additional proficiency in either Italian, Spanish or French is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with collaboration across multiple teams
• Strong communication skills and an ability to present one-on-one and in larger group settings
