Job Purpose:
- As Syntax Advisors grows, it is looking for a professional to help develop and maintain the company’s operational infrastructure
- This position is a great opportunity for an individual looking to enter a company in its early-growth stages
- The ideal candidate is one that is proactive, detailed oriented, and has demonstrated the ability to manage projects
- This person will work closely with senior management and will gain experience across a wide variety of functions, including exposure to the ETF ecosystem
Your Responsibilities:
- Management of fund operations, development of ETF operational infrastructure, and coordination with service providers to ensure highest levels of service
- Maintenance of invoices and other financial records
- Communication with investors regarding performance and recent developments
- Development and maintenance of the company’s CRM system
- Assist with developing social media efforts and processes for its ongoing management
- Process and procedure implementation to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Other tasks and responsibilities as neededPrevious experience in the ETF industry or in ETF operations, or a background in finance, accounting, or financial operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed oriented, works well in teams, receptive to feedback, and maintains integrity in every aspect of performance
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
- A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus, but not mandatory.
