HANetf will be the first “White Label” (WL) provider of ETFs in Europe with a turnkey solution for asset managers to enter the ETF business. HANetf will provide all the main services needed to launch ETFs:
- Product Development: structuring, authorisation, connection with service
providers, listing, legal - Product Management: daily oversight of legal, compliance & operations, regulatory and exchange compliance, data dissemination
- Capital Markets: Seeding, Authorised participants (APs), Market Makers, Exchanges and trading platforms
- Distribution: cross border listings and sales, capital markets, market making, marketing & distribution
The HANetf team brings the depth of experience and specialism to deliver. HANetf clients will be drawn from traditional asset managers who haven’t entered the European ETF market and US & Asian ETF issuers who haven’t developed UCITS ETFs and entered Europe.
HANetf was founded by ETF Industry veterans Hector McNeil & Nik Bienkowski. Both were founders and owners of first ETF Securities & secondly Boost/WisdomTree Europe. The business has just successfully raised a significant sum of external capital in order to fund the business until it is profitable.
