What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Specialist?
Digital Marketing Programs and Content Management
• Manage, coordinate and execute editorial calendar for the region, including
• Content planning according to regional priorities in close collaboration with marketing channel teams
• Content packaging according to the different business channel needs and across different marketing channels (social media and other paid promotions, advertorials, content platforms)
• establish and manage timelines across the different marketing channels
• Oversee and manage end-to-end digital initiatives and programs
• Drive the email marketing strategy for the region to increase client engagement
Content Development
• Write promotional copy to support regional campaigns, including web landing pages, social media posts, mailings and advertorials
• Develop regional capability presentation as well as other promotional and product material in close collaboration with Investment Marketing
• Keep promotional content fresh over the duration of a campaign
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
• Solid experience working in a similar role, preferably within asset management or financial services
• University degree or similar, preferably in economics, business or marketing
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (other languages an asset)
• Superior organisational and project management skills, with demonstrated proficiency in establishing and driving complex projects from inception through to completion
• Effective interpersonal skills, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines
• Fully proficient with all Microsoft applications, knowledge of Marketo and other internal key systems a plus
• Have a good understanding of the marketing metrics that matter to the business
