Job Purpose:

- Purpose of your role The role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing product development of Fidelity’s index tracking funds and ETFs
- The successful candidate will manage initiatives to support the distribution of Index and Exchanged traded products across multiple asset classes. Key Responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and delivery of projects across Fidelity’s European domiciled index funds and ETF business, managing new product launches, repositionings and other changes
- Gain approval for new products and prospectus changes from external regulators as well as internal committees and fund boards by managing end to end submission process
- Manage initiatives and provide support for enhancements to key operating models and platforms
- Product management of existing range in relation to changes in business strategy, regulatory environment and technology
- Manage product and platform risk effectively by understanding and mitigating and/or removing these risks
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, document and implement processes required to support new products and platform change
- Hold workshops and group meetings where required to ensure stakeholder buy-in and understanding to new product and platform change
- Serve as a SME for all ETF product and platform related aspects and be able to very clearly articulate this knowledge to a broad audience, both internally and externally
- Build successful relationships with the project delivery partners, including product legal, fund administrators, trustee / custodian and auditor, etc
- Actively participate in annual product review cycle of regulated funds.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ experience in product development and/or product management roles at asset management, consultants or associated financial service providers
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business, operations and suppliers.
