Responsibilities
· Contribute and execute upon a strategic sales plan developed by the sales team within your region.
· Support marketing and client servicing activities in the local language on a regular basis.
· Business development, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, financial advisors, and key stakeholders on the ground.
Prospecting and client follow-up through calls, emails, and other means of communication.
· Articulate the unique value propositions of both Rize and ARK products. i.e. sustainable and thematic products.
Language Proficiency
· German speaker and fluent in English is a requirement
Sales Experience
· 3 years (minimum) of proven success in ETF or actively-managed Fund Sales within the DACH regions.
· Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Established relationships with investors in the specified regions across the client spectrum (asset managers, wealth managers, regional banks etc).
· Understanding of the market landscape across the DACH regions.
Product Knowledge
· In-depth understanding of ETF products and the broader financial market.
· Understanding of the mechanics of active ETFs as well as index ETFs. Understanding of thematic and sustainable investing is a plus.
· Up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
· Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
Collaboration
· Work closely with internal teams, including broader sales team, marketing, product, capital markets and operations, to ensure a first-class client experience.
Market Analysis
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the assigned regions.
· Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of the financial industry, particularly ETFs and active funds.
· Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
