Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership for defining and delivering the ETFs marketing strategy at a global level, working closely with the Global Head of Client Segment Marketing and the Global Head of ETF Sales, with the objectives to raise awareness and visibility for our ETF range and also support the ETF sales team effort. This will also involve working closely with the local marketing teams to help them to have clear local plans in place and coordinate all activities across countries as required.
- Be responsible for the development and the delivery of high quality, high impact campaigns to promote our ETF range. This will include setting objectives, developing messages, defining customer journey and marketing plan and project managing delivery of all activities across a broad range of channels. Activities will include advertising, email communications, events (industry and proprietary), videos, client coms, web, social media, compelling content (brochures and presentations), industry award submissions and research.
- Take ownership for optimizing client experience along all touchpoints, specifically through digital marketing efforts including emails, web, social media, events… And ensuring that there is a clear content and contact strategy in place for ETFs.
- Play a key role in coordinating all activities across all markets, with a particular focus on events and specific campaigns. This will involve collaborating with local marketing teams to create impactful experiences that align with our business objectives.
- Act as the key marketing point of contact for the ETF business, ensuring that marketing is aligned to the overall business objectives, working closely with sales team members and senior stakeholders to support the sales process, including developing sales tools and training materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay informed of market changes and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as agencies and consultants, to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, legal, and compliance, to ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the ETF marketing budget and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities being undertaken for ETFs.
Your Profile
Your qualifications and experience:
- Relevant degree preferred, and proven marketing experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on ETFs and asset management.
- Strong knowledge of ETFs and the asset management industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Demonstrable track record delivering successful marketing plans and campaigns for ETFs to drive sales growth.

- Ability to work with different cultures and languages, being able to speak a second language fluently is a plus for this role. Either Italian, Spanish or German.
