Job Description

We’re looking for an individual to join our ETF Sales Support Team in EMEA. The position will be based in Frankfurt (Germany). In the future, the right candidate can evolve into a role of junior Client Advisor within the EMEA ETF Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ETF Client Advisors across EMEA to support all facets of the sales and business development/retention process on ETFs;
  • Coordinate product teams sales presentations and RFP processes;
  • Provide support to the Head of EMEA ETF Distribution to prepare weekly team meetings, monthly  business materials and other team-based statistics;
  • Update presentations and build bespoke decks when needed to help sales transform opportunities and upcoming product searches and assist existing clients (Bloomberg comparisons, ad hoc requests);
  • Respond to client requests and manage client communications efforts to promote continuous sales dialogue and to build client relationships;
  • Partner with marketing team and local support teams on new product and insights campaigns;

Core Skills:

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, verbal and written, other languages is a plus
  • A first experience within the financial industry is helpful;
  • Good communicator;
  • Client focused and eager to manage client requests;
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task;
