Introduction
We’re looking for an individual to join our ETF Sales Support Team in EMEA. The position will be based in London (United Kingdom). In the future, the right candidate can evolve into a role of junior Client Advisor within the EMEA ETF Sales Team.
About the role
The J.P. Morgan Asset Management Exchange Traded Fund (“ETF”) business was formed in 2015, with the first UCITS ETFs launched in 2017. The EMEA ETF Client Advisors team sits within the EMEA Funds organization. We are executing an ETF strategy that spans asset classes, including equities and fixed income. The EMEA ETF business leverages the firm’s numerous competitive advantages, including industry leading research and investment insights, in order to lead ETF sales activities to all client types in EMEA, including Funds, Global Liquidity and Institutional clients.
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join us and support our ETF Client Advisors across EMEA. This role will be based in London, United Kingdom and report into the EMEA Head of ETF Distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with ETF Client Advisors across EMEA to support all facets of the sales and business development/retention process on ETFs;
- Coordinate product teams sales presentations and RFP processes;
- Provide support to the Head of EMEA ETF Distribution to prepare weekly team meetings, monthly business materials and other team-based statistics;
- Update presentations and build bespoke decks when needed to help sales transform opportunities and upcoming product searches and assist existing clients (Bloomberg comparisons, ad hoc requests);
- Respond to client requests and manage client communications efforts to promote continuous sales dialogue and to build client relationships;
- Partner with marketing team and local support teams on new product and insights campaigns;
Core Skills:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
- Multi lingual speaker would be ideal, fluent in English, verbal and written;
- A first experience within the financial industry is helpful;
- Good Communicator;
- Client focused and eager to manage client requests;
- Able to prioritize and multi-task;
